Our Fees

We aim to provide transparency in our fee structure.

At the initial consultation, where possible, we will always attempt to quote you a fixed fee for your matter.

In complex matters, we may charge hourly rate of £350.00 plus 20% VAT.

In certain matters, we may use a barrister to represent your case in court and only become involved when appearing before a court is needed. The barrister pleads the case on behalf of the client and the client’s solicitor. We may also use other experts to assist us in your case.

We will discuss the use of a barrister or other experts and their fees (disbursements) during our initial meeting or when the need arises. Disbursements also attract a 20% VAT.
